We have a 1-day refund policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a refund.

Important Points About Our Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. We publish sizes of our products in the product description, so please check them carefully before making a purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued after inspection.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for products ordered by mistake or different products mistakenly ordered.

Eligible Cases for Refund

Our 1-day refund policy is applicable only to the following cases:

  • Wrong item received: This must be verified via an unboxing video.
  • Defective or damaged item received: This must be verified via an unboxing video.

Non-Eligible Cases for Refund

The following cases are NOT covered under our 1-day refund policy:

  • Any item that has been damaged or washed by the customer.
  • Any item not sent in its original packaging, including the original box and inserts.
  • Any item not in its original condition.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Based on the unboxing video and pictures shared by the customer, our team will decide whether a refund is warranted. The decision of our team is final.
  • In case of prepaid orders, if the customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued to the in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible if the customer overpays to the courier person without checking the COD amount on the bill.
  • If the customer contacts us after the 1-day refund policy has lapsed, Balaji Ratan Rudraksh will not entertain such requests.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will only be credited to your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card that can be used on Balaji Ratan Rudraksh for your next order. No refunds will be issued to UPI IDs or bank accounts.

How to Start a Return/Refund:

If a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your location, you may need to courier the product back to us. The refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the product.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. No refunds will be issued for our premium range products, though we offer free 6-month replacements on our premium range. If you have any concerns about your specific product, please contact us for clarification.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
